Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer
   This promotion is organised by Algarve Seasons.

2. Eligibility
   Open to Algarve Seasons clients aged 18 or over who own or reside in the Algarve region. Employees of Algarve Seasons and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period
   Entries are accepted from July 1, 2025, until 23:59 BST on July 31, 2025. Submissions received after this deadline will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
   To enter, post a photo and story about your Algarve Seasons solar or air conditioning installation on Facebook or Instagram, tag @AlgarveSeasons, and use the campaign hashtag. Only one entry per client/property is accepted.

5. Winner Selection
   One winner will be chosen by Algarve Seasons’ judging panel based on the quality of the story and the showcase of the installation.

6. Announcement
   The winner will be announced on Algarve Seasons’ official social media pages on August 7, 2025, and notified via direct message.

7. Prize
   The prize is a €500 service credit for Algarve Seasons, non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and valid for 12 months from the date awarded.

8. Rights and Content Use
   By entering, participants give Algarve Seasons permission to repost or use submitted photos and stories for marketing purposes, always with respect for client privacy.

9. Disclaimer
   This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.

10. General
    By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. Algarve Seasons’ decisions regarding the contest are final. Algarve Seasons reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time.
